Christine Dellit is one of Australia’s most respected leaders in aquatic education, with more than 40 years’ experience as a swim school owner, industry consultant, program developer, trainer, and national presenter. Her career spans the full spectrum of aquatic operations—including facility design and development, business management, teacher training, and program innovation.
Christine has founded, built, and managed multiple successful swim schools across Queensland, including the renowned Robina Aquatic Centre, once the largest learn-to-swim program on the Gold Coast. As Director of Little Snappers Swim Schools and Swimco, she continues to guide start-ups and established operators through staff certification, program design, compliance, business development, and centre planning.
Widely regarded for her pioneering “no tears” teaching philosophy and deep understanding of early childhood aquatic development, Christine is regularly sought after by industry leaders. Olympic Coach Bill Sweetenham describes her as “the very best learn-to-swim teacher, staff trainer, and swim school operator in Australia.”
A long-serving presenter at ASCTA conferences and a recipient of multiple industry awards, Christine remains committed to building high-quality, child-centred aquatic programs and empowering the next generation of teachers and leaders.
