Dawn Venturas

Dawn Venturas is a high-performance sports leader and inclusion specialist with over 20 years of experience across the Middle East and Europe. She currently serves as High Performance Head Coach for the Saudi Paralympic Swimming Federation, leading national athletes to record-breaking results and international success.

Dawn specialises in Paralympic swimming, long-term athlete development, coach education and performance mindset, with a strong focus on empowering women and youth in sport. She is also the founder of CoachDXB, the Middle East’s largest female sports coaching company, mentoring the next generation of coaches and building sustainable sporting pathways.

A respected international speaker and advisor, Dawn works at the intersection of performance, wellbeing and cultural understanding to shape inclusive, future-ready sport systems.
